Summary: This paper is concerned with the problem of \(H_\infty\) control for multirate networked control systems with deadband scheduling policy and transmission delay. The transmission deadbands are set at the sensor nodes and the controller nodes to reduce the network traffic, and then the systems are modeled as discrete-time switch system with uncertain parameters. Using the Lyapunov theory, a robust \(H_\infty\) controller is designed to maintain the asymptotic stability of the closed-loop systems. Finally, a simulation example is presented to show the advantage of the deadband scheduling policy and the efficiency of the proposed theoretical results.
