Consider the operator \(H= \partial^{4}+2\partial p \partial +q\) on the circle \(2(\mathbb{R}/\mathbb{Z})\). More precisely, \(H\) studied on the interval \([0,2]\) with 2-periodic boundary conditions, \(p, q\) are real 1-periodic integrable functions on \(\mathbb{T} = \mathbb{R}/ \mathbb{Z}\) and \(p''\in L^{1}(\mathbb{T})\) as well. More precise, asymptotics are obtained if in addition one assumes that \(p''', q' \in L^{1}(\mathbb{T})\).
