A infinitesimal Hecke algebra \(H_{\kappa}(\mathfrak{g},V)\) is defined by \[ H_{\kappa}(\mathfrak{g},V):=U(\mathfrak{g})\ltimes TV/([x,y]-\kappa(x,y)\mid x,y\in V) \] and satisfies the PBW property, where \(\mathfrak{g}\) is a Lie algebra, \(V\) is its representation, \(\kappa: \wedge^{2}V\rightarrow U(\mathfrak{g})\) is a \(\mathfrak{g}\)-equivariant \(\mathbb{C}\)-bilinear pairing, and \(TV\) is the tensor algebra of \(V\). One can endow this algebra with a filtration by setting \(\deg(V)=1,\deg(\mathfrak{g})=0.\) In the paper under the review, the author gives the classifications of all infinitesimal Hecke algebras of \(\mathfrak{g}=\mathfrak{so}_{N},\) and establishes the isomorphism of their universal versions of Lie algebra and the \(W\)-algebras of \(\mathfrak{so}_{N+2m+1}\) with a 1-block nilpotent element of the Jordan type \((1, \ldots, 1, 2m +1)\).
