The author establishes the following main result. Let \(\Omega\in\mathbb{R}^n\) be a bounded domain, \(T>0\), and \(u\in L^p(0,T;W^{1,p}(\Omega))\) be a vector-valued global parabolic \({\mathcal Q}\)-minimizer of an integral functional of the form \[ \int_{\Omega\times(0,T)}f(z,u,Du)dz, \] with initial/boundary data and with growth conditions on \(f\), and sufficiently large \(p\). Then, under a weak regularity of \(\partial\Omega\), there exists \(\varepsilon>0\) such that \[ u\in L^{p+\varepsilon}(0,T;W^{1,p+\varepsilon}(\Omega)). \] Due to the particular definition of parabolic \({\mathcal Q}\)-minimizers, it is not allowed to to use \(u\) itself as test function. Hence a suitable mollifications of the test functions is needed.
