The following coupled system is studied: \[ -\Delta u = ae^{u} +b e^{v} -\gamma_{1} + 4\pi N_{1}\delta(x),\;\;-\Delta v = be^{u} +c e^{v} -\gamma_{2} + 4\pi N_{2}\delta(x), \;\eqno{(1)} \] where \(\Delta\) is the Laplacian in the variables \(x\in {\mathbb R}^{2}\), \(a,-b,c\) are positive constants, \(N_{1}\), \(N_{2}\) are nonnegative constants, \(\delta\) is the Dirac delta-function supported at zero, and \(\gamma_{1}, \gamma_{2}\) are reals. The system (1) is furnished with the conditions at infinity of the type \(\lim_{|x|\to \infty} u(x)=l_{1}\) and \(\lim_{|x|\to \infty} v(x)=l_{2}\), where the constants \(l_{i}\) can be finite and infinite (\(\pm \infty\)) as well. First, the conditions on the parameters occurring into the system are described when there exists a unique solution to this system satisfying the additional conditions at infinity. Next, the authors propose the classification of all radial solutions, i.e., depending only on \(r=|x|\). There are five different classes of such solutions characterized by their behavior at infinity and one more class is the blow-up solutions. The conditions on the parameters are exposed which guarantee the membership of a solution in one of these classes. Furthermore, the range of flux-pairs associated with specific types of solutions is specified.
