If \(G\) is a finite \(p\)-group such that \(G'\) and \(G/Z(G)\) are of order \(p\) and \(G/Z(G)\) is an elementary \(p\)-group, then \(G\) is called an extraspecial \(p\)-group. The author shows that if \(K/\mathbb Q\) is a Galois extension with Galois group isoclinic to an extraspecial \(p\)-group of order \(p^{2n+1}\), then there exist \(N=\prod_{i=1}^n(p^i+1)\) subfields \(F_1,F_2,\dots,F_N\) of \(K\) and ray class characters \(\chi_i\) of \(F_i\) for \(i=1,2,\dots,n\) whose Hecke \(L\)-functions \(L(s,\chi_i)\) are all equal to a certain Artin \(L\)-function of \(K\) up to a finite number of Euler factors. This generalizes the results of \textit{M. Kida} and \textit{N. Namura} [J. Number Theory 173, 147--169 (2017; Zbl 1419.11122)] who treated the case \(p^n=2^3\) and the author and \textit{M. Kida} [Acta Arith. 204, No. 4, 369--385 (2022; Zbl 1509.11107)] who considered \(n=3\).
