    Let \(G\) be a finite non-abelian group. The commuting conjugacy class graph \(\Gamma(G)\) of \(G\), defined in [\textit{M. Herzog} et al., Commun. Algebra 37, No. 10, 3369--3387 (2009; Zbl 1187.20027)], is the simple graph whose vertex set is the set of non-central conjugacy classes of \(G\) and two distinct vertices \(X\) and \(Y\) are connected by an edge if there are two elements \(x \in X\) and \(y\in Y\) such that \(xy=yx\). In the paper under review, the authors determine the structure of \(\Gamma(G)\) when the central factor \(G/Z(G)\) is isomorphic to a Frobenius group of order \(pq\) or \(p^{2}q\) (\(p\) and \(q\) primes).
