This paper studies symplectic reflexion algebras and the quantization of hypertoric varieties. Symplectic reflection algebras were introduced by Etingof and Ginzburg as non-commutative deformations of a symplectic quotient singularity. In this work, the author first reviews the quantum Hamiltonian reductions. Then, the BRST cohomologies associated with the quantum Hamiltonian reduction are studied. He proves that positive BRST cohomologies do not vanish whereas the negative ones do. Positive BRST cohomologies are explicitly computed both for symplectic reflection algebras and quantized hypertonic algebras.
