All solutions of the truncated operator valued trigonometric moment problem are described using a Nevanlinna-like parametrization. No extra conditions besides solvability are assumed. The method is inspired by the approach of \textit{B. Sz.-Nagy} and \textit{A. Koranyi} [Acta Math. Acad. Sci. Hung. 7, 293--303 (1956; Zbl 0073.09502)] and [Acta Math. 100, 171--202 (1958; Zbl 0083.34105)]. Along the way, conditions for the determinacy of the moment problem are derived. The conditions can be formulated in a finite dimensional space in which a shift operator \(A\) is defined with domain \(D(A)\) and range \(R(A)\) and to which a spectral measure is associated. The Hilbert space being split as \(D(A)\oplus D(A)^\perp\) and as \(R(A)\oplus R(A)^\perp\) allows one to introduce four operators, which define four operator functions used to express the one-to-one correspondence between all solutions and all Schur functions \(\Phi:D(A)^\perp\to R(A)^\perp\).
