This paper looks at knot projections (diagrams left behind in 2-spherical Flatland with no crossing information, like those depicted in alternating knot tables) and considers the homotopy classes of such circular immersions. Working with the 32 possible subsets of five different Reidemeister-style moves, the authors prove that 8 are trivial and the rest are equivalent to 20 mutually different non-trivial subsets of moves. Along the way, ``new invariants'' are introduced; but don't expect knot invariants. This is mostly not knot theory, but rather a theory of classification of projections. Cf. \textit{K. Takaoka}'s work with oriented projections [Tokyo J. Math. 38, No. 2, 491--503 (2015; Zbl 1336.57017)].
