    This paper deals with a reducibility result for a quantum harmonic oscillator in \(\mathbb{R}^d\), \(d\geq 1\), with arbitrary frequencies \(\nu_j>0\) perturbed by a linear operator \(\varepsilon\,W(\omega t,x,-i\partial_x)\), \(0<\varepsilon\), which is a polynomial of degree at most 2 in \((x,-\partial_x)\) with real analytic coefficients with respect to the first variable \(\theta\in \mathbb{T}^n\), \(\omega\in(0, 2\pi)^n\). Thus \[ i\dot\psi= (H_0+\varepsilon\,W)\psi,\;x\in \mathbb{R}^d,\quad H_0= -\Delta+ \sum^d_1 \nu_j x^2_j.\tag{1} \] It is proved that for any choice of \(\nu_j\) and for all \(\omega\in{\mathcal E}_\varepsilon\), \({\mathcal E}_\varepsilon\subset(0, 2\pi)^n\), \(\text{meas}((0,2\pi)^n\setminus{\mathcal E}_\varepsilon)\leq C\varepsilon^{1/9}\), there exists an unitary in \(L^2(\mathbb{R}^d)\) time-quasiperiodic map \(U_\omega(\omega t)\) which conjugates \(H_\varepsilon= H_0+\varepsilon W\) to a positive time-independent operator \(H_\infty\). Boundedness of the Sobolev norms of \(\psi\) is studied too (\(\psi\) satisfies (1)).
