The author studies holomorphic maps into complex Grassmannians, in particular, the rigidity of such maps. For this purpose, a relation between holomorphic maps into complex Grassmannians and holomorphic vector bundles is used. Holomorphic maps, which have some particular relation to holomorphic vector bundles (called gauge condition), are studied. Let \(M = G/K\) be a compact simply connected homogeneous Kähler manifold. As the main result, it is proved that under some conditions, each full equivariant holomorphic map \(f:M \to \mathrm{Gr}_p(\mathbf C^n)\), which satisfies the gauge condition, is congruent to the standard (in some sense) map. As an application, equivariant holomorphic maps into complex projective spaces are studied.
