    Summary: The existence results of positive \(\omega\)-periodic solutions are obtained for the third-order ordinary differential equation with delays \(u'''(t) + a(t) u(t) = f(t, u(t - \tau_0)\), \(u'(t - \tau_1)\), \(u''(t - \tau_2)), t \in \mathbb{R}\), where \(a \in C(\mathbb{R},(0, \infty))\) is \(\omega\)-periodic function and \(f : \mathbb{R} \times [0, \infty) \times \mathbb{R}^2 \rightarrow [0, \infty)\) is a continuous function which is \(\omega\)-periodic in \(t\), and \(\tau_0\), \(\tau_1\), \(\tau_2\) are positive constants. The discussion is based on the fixed-point index theory in cones.
