The author deals with the integrability of a 3D system, which still remains hypothetical. An algebraic approach to this problem is developed. A recursion operation on the moduli spaces of solutions of the \(n\)-simplex equation in correspondences is constructed. The author proves that the coloring of \(n\)-faces of the \(N\)-cube is uniquely defined by the coloring of absolutely incoming \(n\)-faces. Also, the author constructs the weight matrix of the model on a regular cubic lattice satisfying the twisted tetrahedron equation. The weight function is defined as a matrix with matrix elements indexed by 6 2-faces of a 3-cube. Some properties of the weight matrix of the model are studied. The author proves that the 3D Ising model has a symmetry very close to the Zamolodchikov tetrahedron equation. In the last section, several remarks on the connection of the constructed weight matrix and some discrete mathematical problems are presented.
