The parabolic system coupling the Keller-Segel fully parabolic chemotaxis model with the logarithmic sensitivity function and logistic type source term with the Navier-Stokes equations is considered in bounded, convex and smooth three dimensional domains. First, very weak solutions are constructed, then a global in time and uniformly bounded solution is shown. Second, the fluid-free system is studied and its global classical solutions are constructed. Those results are generalizations of some recent works in abundant literature on that topic.
