The paper is devoted to the estimation of the frequency of zeros of the solution of a linear differential equations of the form \[f^{''}+A(z)f^{'}+B(z)f=0\quad (1),\] where \(A(z)\) and \(B(z)\not\equiv0\) are entire functions. For the measurement of the frequency of a \(c\)-point \((c\in\mathbb{C})\) of an entire function \(f\) are used the standard Nevanlinna deficiency \(\delta_{N}(c,f)\) and a Valiron deficiency \(\delta_{V}(c,f).\) Let \(\rho(f)\) and \(\rho_{\log}(f)\) denote the order and the logarithmic order of an entire function \(f\), respectively. The next two theorems represent the main result of the paper. Theorem 1. For any given \(\rho\in(1/2,\infty)\), there exists an equation of the form (1) which possesses a solution \(f\)satisfying \(\delta_{N}(0,f)>0\) and \(\rho=\rho(f)\ge\rho(A)\ge\rho(B)\). Theorem 3. For any given \(\rho\in(2,\infty)\), there exists an equation of the form (1) which possesses a solution \(f\) satisfying \(\delta_{V}(0,f)=1\) and \(\rho=\rho_{\log}(f)\ge\rho_{\log}(A)\ge\rho_{\log}(B)\), where \(A(z)\) is transcendental.
