Let \(f(z)\) be a transcendental meromorphic function on complex plane \(\mathbb{C}\), \[S(r,f):=\frac1\pi\iint_{\vert z\vert <r}\left[\frac{\vert f'(z)\vert}{1+\vert f(z)\vert ^2}\right]^2\,dxdy,\quad T(r,f)=\int_0^r\frac{S(t,f)}t\,dt. \] The hyper-order \(\sigma(f)\) of a meromorphic function \(f\) is defined as \[\sigma(f):=\limsup\limits_{r\to\infty}\frac{\log\log T(r,f)}{\log r}.\]\par Let \(\beta(z)\) be a nonconstant elliptic function and \(\gamma(z)\) be an entire function, \(\alpha(z):=\beta(z)\exp(\gamma(z))\). It is proved, if \(f(z)\) is a transcendental meromorphic function, whose zeros have multiplicity at least 3 and if \(\sigma(f(z))>\sigma(\alpha(z))\), then the equation \(f'(z)=\alpha(z)\) has infinitely many solutions in the complex plane.
