This paper introduces the representation and cohomology theory of Hom-Lie-Yamaguti superalgebras. Moreover, the notions of generalized derivations and representations of \((L, \alpha)\) along with some properties are presented. In addition, the deformations of \((L, \alpha)\) by choosing some suitable cohomology is investigated.
