This paper studies a system of infinitely many \(d\)-dimensional Brownian particles with a hard core pair potential. The resulting process is a reversible diffusion having a Gibbs state with the potential. Due to the singularity of the potential, the problem has been open for many years. Thus, the paper makes an essential progress on the topic. The main storage is passing from the finite-dimensional case by a limit. To do so, the author employs a decomposition of additive functionals of reversible Markov processes and an estimate of the cluster size of continuum percolation models with Gibbs states.
