    The authors classify affine surfaces with projectively flat induced connection and flat affine metric. Their main result is: Theorem: Let \(M\) be a nondegenerate affine surface in \(\mathbb{R}^3\) with flat affine metric and projectively flat induced connection. Then \(M\) is locally equivalent with one of the following surfaces: (1) a paraboloid, (2) an affine minimal ruled surface, (3) \(x^\alpha y^\beta z^\gamma=1\), (4) \(e^{\alpha\arctan (y/x)} (x^2+y^2)^\beta z^\gamma= 1\), (5) \(z=-x(\alpha\log x+\beta\log y)\), (6) \((x^2+y^2)^\beta e^{\alpha\arctan (x/y)}= e^z\), (7) \(z=\log x+\alpha\log y\), (8) \(z= y^2\pm\log x\), (9) \(xz= y^2\pm x^2\log x\), where \(\alpha, \beta, \gamma\in \mathbb{R}\).
