In this interesting paper estimates of the integrability for fractional powers of derivatives of the solutions of Navier-Stokes equations are established generalizing the results of \textit{C. Foias}, \textit{C. Guillopé} and \textit{R. Temam} [Commun. Partial Differ. Equations, 6, 329-359 (1981; Zbl 0472.35070)], to the domains with boundary conditions corresponding to viscous flow, instead of periodicity conditions, usded in the above paper. The main mathematical tool is an inequality of the form: \(F'(t)+G(t)\leq KF(t)^ a\), where F lies in a Lebesgue space on (0,T) and verifies some additional conditions; from this inequality the author obtains that G belongs to an appropriate Lebesgue spaces on (0,T). Using this Lemma and appropriate form of the energy inequality for the solutions of the N-S equations fractional powers of derivatives of \(\nabla u\), \(\Delta\) u, and u are estimated. These last inequalities are used to obtain similar results for tangential derivatives and for the pressure.
