Part I of this series appeared in [Sib. Mat. Zh. 33, No. 3, 146-155 (1992); translated in Sib. Math. J. 33, No. 3, 489-496 (1992; Zbl 0784.35122)]. Here the authors provide stability results for the determination of \(c(x)\) in the parabolic equation \[ u_ t - Lu = cu + g \] under similar conditions as in part I.
