The author introduces the concept of the critical point of a function on a manifold with singular boundary. He obtains the classification of 0- and 1-modal critical points in case the boundary has an isolated simple singular point. Part of this classification turns out to be connected with the groups generated by reflections of types \(I_ 2(p)\), \(H_ 3\).
