Let \(E\) be a Banach space of analytic functions on the unit disc \(\mathbb{D}\) of the complex plane such that the shift operator \(M_z: f(z) \mapsto z f(z)\) is a continuous map from \(E\) into itself. The cyclic vectors in \(E\) are the functions \(f \in E\) such that the polynomial multiples of \(f\) are dense in \(E\). In [Acta Math., Uppsala 81, 239--255 (1949; Zbl 0033.37701)], \textit{A. Beurling} characterized the cyclic vectors of the Hardy space \(H^2\). The cyclic vectors of the space BMOA of analytic functions with bounded mean oscillation and its subspace VMOA are the outer functions, as the first author of this paper proved in [Acta Math. Sci. (Chin. Ed.) 17, No. 3, 356--360 (1997; Zbl 0955.30028)]. In the paper under review, the authors investigate the cyclic vectors in the logarithmic weighted VMOA space.
