Let \(f(y)\) be a Riemann integrable function defined on a torus \(\mathbb{T}^n\), where \(y = (y_1,\dotsc ,y_n)\mod 2\pi\) are angular coordinates. For a fixed vector \(\omega = (\omega_1,\dotsc ,\omega_n)\), a number \(\alpha \in (0,1]\), and an initial vector \(a = (a_1,\dotsc ,a_n)\), the differential inclusion \[ \dot{y} \in \{\alpha\omega,\omega\}, \quad y(0) = a \tag{1} \] is considered. The author studies the relation between the spatial average of the function \(f\) on the torus \(\mathbb{T}^n\), \[ m(f) = \frac{1}{(2\pi)^n}\int_K f(y)dy, \quad K = [0,2\pi] \times \dotsb \times [0,2\pi], \] and the maximum average limit \[ M(f) = \lim_{\tau \to \infty}\sup_{y \in Y} \frac{1}{\tau}\int_0^{\tau}f(y(t))\,dt , \] where \(Y\) is the set of all solutions of problem (1).
