An one-parameter family \(F_a: X\to X\) of an arbitrary set \(X\), \(a\in (0,\infty)\), is called a dynamical system if \(F_{a+b}=F_b\circ F_a\). The authors suggest a method of constructing the above dynamical systems on partially ordered sets starting from families of transformations that are not dynamical systems. The construction is analogous to that suggested (separately) by L. S. Pontryagin and B. N. Pshenichnyi for solving the pursuit problem in differential game theory.
