Kronecker products of matrices arise in many applications and have been used in numerous methods to have significant reduction in computation cost. In this paper simple Kronecker polynomials are introduced and a method is presented to find their spectral decomposition. These methods are extended to double Kronecker polynomials. Applications are given to solve the discrete Poisson equation in two and three variables.
