This paper presents a comprehensive study of the homotopy theory of \(\Gamma\)-\(G\)-spaces in developing the theme of the master thesis of the author, where \(G\) is a finite group. In [Topology 13, 293--312 (1974; Zbl 0284.55016)] \textit{G. Segal} showed that \(\Gamma\)-spaces model connective stable homotopy theory. The author first attempts to prove an equivariant version of this assertion by relying on an idea due to \textit{A. K. Bousfield} and \textit{E. M. Friedlander} [Lect. Notes Math. 658, 80--130 (1978; Zbl 0405.55021)]. The paper begins by discussing the basic definitions and constructions concerning \(\Gamma\)-\(G\)-spaces and then introduces new flat model structures and two-level model structures and besides an equivariant generalization of strict model structures. This enables us to use the results of \textit{K. Shimakawa} [Publ. Res. Inst. Math. Sci. 25, No. 2, 239--262 (1989; Zbl 0677.55013)] in order to accomplish the purpose here. In subsequent sections (\(\S\S\) 7-8) the author makes further attempts. In fact there are provided a smash product for \(\Gamma\)-\(G\)-spaces and a geometric fixed-point functor. And then the author shows that this fixed-point functor satisfies the commutative property with the derived smash product and that, due to the introduction of the smash product, the category of \(\Gamma\)-\(G\)-spaces becomes a symmetric monoidal closed category.
