Two stochastic diffusion processes with time-dependent coefficients are studied. These processes are proposed as generalizations of the logistic model of single species. The purpose of the paper is to find conditions for existence of periodic solutions of the stochastic differential equations defining the models. These conditions are based on the periodicity of the coefficients specifying the models.
