The authors study a fuzzy logic system from the aspect of fuzzy differential equations. One of its features, observability, will be studied. Given the input and output, one can detect the initial state limited to some range. A new concept called ``likelihood'', will be used to indicate on which level and along which solution the state is most likely observable, and thus the concept of ``observability in the fuzzy sense'' is being created. The concept ``likelihood'' considers here the possibility of defining the ``most likely path'' for a differential inclusion in a non-probabilistic context. The authors use a deterministic control system with fuzzy inputs and outputs to generate a fuzzy dynamical control system, they give a sufficient condition for the system to be observable, they discuss a way to compute the likelihood of the solution and finally, an example is presented.
