Hansen vectors as fundamental solutions of the Cauchy-Navier equation describe eigenoscillations of the Earth. In this paper, using the Helmholtz decomposition theorem and Fourier transform the author calculates estimate of the frequency dependent Hansen vectors and constructs scaling functions and wavelets for multiresolution analysis. The multiscale method offers the possibility of space-time location in the data analysis.
