Let \(G_i\), \(i=1,\dots,n\), be specified regions. Assume that pollution sources with emission intensities \(Q_1(t), \dots,Q_n(t)\) are located at points \(r_1,\dots,r_n\). The propagation of emission in time and in space by a stochastic-impulsed partial differential equation is described. The problem involves the following one: given pollution measurements from stations located at points \(P_1, \dots,P_n\), how to establish boundaries of change for \(Q_1 (t), \dots, Q_n(t)\), so that the mean pollution in the regions should not exceed an admissible level? Under some assumptions, emission intensities are estimated.
