Boundary integral equations based on direct formulations are regularized by using the subtracting and adding-back technique. The boundary integral equations obtained both for deflection and rotation are nonsingular, and all the integrals in their discretized forms can be integrated accurately by using the standard Gaussian quadrature formula. Numerical implementation of the resulting regularized integral equations is presented, and the effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated with numerical examples.
