The author presents a variant of a dynamical selection scheme and uses staircase parameterization to overcome the unguaranteed of the existence of the solution in the absence of some extra assumptions. He offers a comprehensive survey in dynamical schemes. The results discussed are generally, though not exclusively, suited for a constructive selection of a suitable parameterization.
