The authors obtain a Poincaré formula for real surfaces in the complex projective plane, which expresses the intersection numbers of two real surfaces in terms of their Kähler angles. Further information on extensions to higher dimensions and related results can be found in the second author's survey ``Integral Geometry in Complex Projective Spaces'', Suh, Young Jin (ed.) et al., Proceedings of the 6th international workshop on differential geometry, Taegu, Korea, November 16-17, 2001. Dedicated to Professor U-Hang Ki on his retirement from Kyungpook National University. Taegu: Kyungpook National University, Basic Science Research Institute, 23-34 (2002; Zbl 1008.53056).
