The \(H_\infty\) control problem and robust stabilization problems for the two-dimensional Roesser model using the two-dimensional system bounded realness property are formulated and solved. It is shown that the solutions can be recast from a convex optimization problem under linear matrix inequalities constraints and can be computed using the LMI toolbox. The considerations are illustrated by an example of stabilization of processes described by the Darboux equation.
