Let \(V\) be an infinite-dimensional locally convex and Hausdorff topological complex vector space and \(P(V)\) the projective space of all lines of \(V.\) \textbf{Theorem 1.1.} Let \(V\) be an infinite-dimensional locally convex Hausdorff topological complex vector space. Let \((X, O_{X})\) be a quasi-algebraic subscheme of \(P(V)\) and \(E\) a locally free \(O_{X}-\)sheaf with finite rank such that \(H^{0}(X, E)\) spans \(E.\) Set \(r : = rank(E).\) Assume that the topological complex rank \(r\) vector bundle associated to \(E\) on \(X_{red}\) is topological trivial. Then \(E \cong O_{X}^{\oplus r},\) i.e. the holomorphic rank \(r\) vector bundle \(V(E)\) on \(X\) associated to \(E\) is holomorphically trivial. In particular the vector bundle \(V(E)| X_{red}\) on the quasi-algebraic set \(X_{red}\) is holomorphically trivial.
