Theorem A: A locally compact 2-dimensional locally miquelian topological Benz plane \({\mathcal P}\) is locally classical, i.e. for each point p there is a neighborhood U of p and a continuous open injection \(\phi\) :\({\mathcal U}\to \bar P\) of the geometry \({\mathcal U}\) induced on U into the corresponding classical Benz plane \(\bar {\mathcal P}\) which preserves concircularity and parallelity of points. Theorem B: A locally compact 2-dimensional locally miquelian topological Benz plane is miquelian.
