The authors consider the Landau-Lifshitz-Maxwell problem with its associated boundary value conditions in two dimensions. They prove the existence of weak solutions for the problem and derive a number of bounds using a penalty system with mollifier. Uniform estimates are obtained and a number of associated lemmas are proved.
