Model reduction of dynamical systems have value in simplifying the analysis and synthesis of control systems. Many methods are available for the model reduction of systems that are stable and minimum-phase. This paper uses the generalized frequency-weighted normal representations to obtain a relative/multiplicative model reduction for systems that may be unstable and non-minimum phase. So it can accomodate larger classes of systems. A priori error bound is also given. No numerical example is given. The paper would be more interesting if time responses of the original system and the reduced model were compared.
