The author considers sufficient conditions for the global existence of the solution of the problem of determination of the coefficient q(x,t), not depending on one space variable \(x_ n\), in the equation \(u_ t- \Delta u+qu=f\) with respect to the solution of the second boundary-value problem in the half-space for this equation, in addition to the one known for \(x_ n=0\).
