Let X be a completely regular space, E be a K-space and \(C_ b(X,E)\) be the vector lattice of all order bounded to-continuous functions of X into E, in which the algebraic operations and order have been defined pointwise. It is proved that there exists a cyclic compactification \(B^{\beta}(X)\) of X such that every function \(f\in C_ b(X,E)\) has the unique extension \(\tilde f\in C_ e(B^{\beta}(X),E)\) (the lattice of all to-continuous nonexpanding functions of \(B^{\beta}(X)\) into E). At this, \(f\to \tilde f\) is a linear isometry and order isomorphism between \(C_ b(X,E)\) and \(C_ e(B^{\beta}(X),E)\). Moreover, the description of all cyclic br-closed vector sublattices of \(C_ b(X,E)\) and the sufficient conditions, that the cyclic br-closed vector sublattice of \(C_ b(X,E)\) coincides with \(C_ b(X,E)\), are given.
