Two linear retarded differential-difference equations are considered from the point of view of stability. Sufficient conditions for uniform asymptotic stability, uniform stability, asymptotic stability and stability of their zero solutions are given. Using these conditions the retarded functions and some of the functional coefficients can be bounded.
