The paper defines generalizations of the Kadomtsev-Petviashvili hierarchy for a noncommutative time space and proves the solvability of the Sato-Wilson equation. The generalization is based on the property of the `\(q\)-commutation'' defined as \(t_i t_j= q^{- 1}_{ij} t_j t_i\).
