It is well known that the ``Game of Life'' model is a cellular automaton introduced by the British mathematician John Horton Conway in 1970. Since then, many different extensions of cellular automata have been developed. In this present paper the authors present a brief state of the art of these extensions. The authors study probabilistic cellular automata being an extension of the Game of Life. They discuss the new features of the given model. They describe a new extension of the Game of Life using probabilistic cellular automata called ``Probabilistic Cellular Automata, Extension of the Game Of Life'' (PCAEGOL). Also, they provide some examples using an implementation in Java of a complete system. They show some graphics for these examples. Finally, they give conclusions and discuss future related work.
