In this paper, the authors introduce the notion of strong partial \(b\)-metric space and establish a number of completion results over such structures. The following are the main results of this exposition. \textbf{Theorem 1.} Every strong partial \(b\)-metric space \((X,\alpha,\sigma)\) admits a \(0\)-Cauchy completion \((X^*,\alpha,\sigma^*)\). \textbf{Theorem 2.} Every strong partial \(b\)-metric space \((X,\alpha,\sigma)\) admits a strong \(b\)-metric completion \((X^\circ,\alpha,\sigma^\circ)\). \textbf{Theorem 3.} Let \((X,\alpha,\sigma)\) be a strong partial \(b\)-metric space. Then, the \(0\)-Cauchy completion \((X^*,\alpha,\sigma^*)\) and the strong \(b\)-metric completion \((X^\circ,\alpha,\sigma^\circ)\) of \((X,\alpha,\sigma)\) are weakly isometric.
