This paper considers a kind of impulsive optimal controls for a semilinear heat equation. The aim of the control problem is to minimize the norm of the control among those admissibles ones which steer the solution of the heat equation from an initial state to a given target. The main contributions of the paper are twofold. First, the existence of solutions to this control problem is proved. Second, first order necessary optimality condition is derived.
