The paper studies a combined system of Euler-Korteweg and Euler-Poisson equations with friction and \(\gamma\)-law pressure with \(\gamma >1\). For \(L^\infty\) initial data the existence of global-in-time dissipative measure-valued solutions is shown in the cases of repulsive and attractive potential in the Euler-Poisson system. The latter case requires additional restrictions on \(\gamma\). Furthermore, in case of \(\gamma \geq 2\) it is shown that the dissipative measure valued solutions converge, in the large fracition limit, to solutions of the Cahn-Hillard-Keller-Segel system as long as the latter admits a strong solution that is bounded away from vacuum. The proof is based on the relative entropy method. Conditions under which the Cahn-Hillard-Keller-Segel admits a strong solution are discussed.
