In the paper the concepts of interval valued fuzzy bi-quasi ideals have been studied by the authors. They have also investigated the properties of interval valued fuzzy bi-quasi ideals in semigroups. Moreover, regular semigroups in terms of interval valued fuzzy bi-quasi ideals are characterized here. The paper contains an insightful reference list at the end and also the organization of the paper looks much more fine with suitable insertion of sufficient number of examples and/or counter-examples in proper places after the results proved.
