Approximations generated by the averaging principle are studied for a slow-fast time scale system of stochastic Burger's equations. After specifying appropriate assumptions, a theorem is proved that yields strong convergence rates of the slow component to the solution of the averaged equation in the sense of trajectory distance, and two theorems are proved that establish weak convergence rates of the slow component to the solution of the averaged equation in the sense of law distance.
